Crowdsourcing: Lifting Weights
I always lift weights at the gym, but I don't know much about what I should be doing or how. Everyone appears to be lifting differently (reps, speed, time between sets, etc), and googling just gives me a bunch of different and conflicting info.
Anybody into lifting weights or know someone who's into lifting weights who wouldn't mind me picking their brains?
