I'm glad you're enjoying s4 and Seven so far! Seven is fabulous. There are lots of people who dislike her for shipping reasons, but I always loved her. And the tension between her and the rest of the crew really adds something to that weird mix on Voyager.
Agreed abut Kes; the way she was written out wasn't exactly perfect. *sighs* So much they could have done with her but didn't.
