Yeah, I think people who read the book first are finding a lot of the changes for the show disconcerting. That's why I'm waiting until at the least the first season of the show is done to even attempt to read the book. It's clear it's going to be a Trueblood situation where the show only bears a vague resemblance to the book.

I'm so stoked to read the book though. I know it's going to be really good.
