I bought a Chrono-Max Smartwatch. It was 40 dollars. Works with my Galaxy S7. Does steps, heart rate, BP, Sleep, Weather, oxygen level, Stop watch, 3 alarms you can set up and plays music though I haven't tried that yet. You can even customize the watch face. It's not a fit bit and not tech heavy but it works.
