Oh yeah, me. Fortunately, few things have fallen through the cracks, but I'm going to make sure that we follow through on those. The previous chair did a lot of work to shore up processes to make sure this doesn't happen, and I am going to continue to build on his work. (As a weirdo, I actually enjoy this kind of work, so that helps.)
