Mmm, yeah. You should go read [this post (http://technosage.livejournal.com/139351.html)] by technosage about the family dynamics. I don't like John, I don't hate John. I think he did what he had to to survive and treated his boys accordingly. Whether or not that was the best he could of done is another train of thought.
