Since all I really seem to be doing with this journal lately is making rec posts, I've been wondering how you guys feel about them and if there's anything I can do to make them more useful for you. Also, I'm quite bored and polls are fun.

I just glance over the recs because, alas, you have pulled up stakes and departed from fandoms I have even the most peripheral connection with. But I'm impressed by how you can locate and explain the salient points about the fic (and make them sound interesting even though I barely know who the characters are!)

I need to do something to rekindle my FF love. Well, it's not that I don't love it. I just haven't had an urge to write any in forever. *sigh*
