Let's talk about Fountain Pens!

What's your Grail Pen (most coveted pen)? What's currently inked? What's your favorite ink? Nib style? Best paper to use fountain pens on?

I have a few pens currently inked, but three mostly that I'm using:

Lamy 2000 in black, with Iroshizuku Murasiki-shikibu, which is a gorgeous plummy color.

Lamy Al-Star in turquoise, with J Herbin Emerald of Chivor, which is exactly what it says on the label.

Pilot Vanishing Point in matte black, with Iroshizuku Yama-guri, which is a beautiful sepia ink.

I have a couple grail pens: Visconti Homo Sapiens, because look at that, and it's made from basalt off Mount Aetna. Plus this Namiki Vermillion Urushi Pen, it's utterly plain and utterly flawless. Look at that. It's amazing. I also do want this Pilot vacuum-fill pen, they make a solid pen, and also, look, it's so pretty!
