I'm pretty impressed with myself too. LOL

I'm an alcoholic and the biggest thing was learning to drink more responsibly. I'm not completely sober, but I drink very very rarely now and not to excess. Instead I drink water all day long and nothing else, and that's really been where most of the weight's come off, I think.

Wow---I'm even more impressed now. It sounds like you've really achieved a lot of serious milestones this year! I stand in awe of your strength.
