what light through yonder window breaks?

1. The migraine is gone! I attribute this to all your well wishes in conjunction with my BFF M coming to witch doctor me up and anoint me with oils on Friday. I woke up Saturday headache free. :)

2. Emma is clearing out her room *sob*, so I have two coloring books free to good home: one is called Detailed Designs and Patterns and the other is Dot-to-Dot Therapy. Let me know if you want them, and I'll shoot them to you media mail.

3.

When True Night Falls (The Coldfire Trilogy, #2)When True Night Falls by C.S. Friedman

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The first half of this book drags for me, but when Hesseth, Damien, and Tarrant find Jenseny, it picks up and is a nail-biter until the end.

I really, really love the dramatic changes that both Damien and Tarrant go through; the evolution of their relationship is fascinating.

But Hesseth is my favorite, and her loss hurts. :(

4. What's the nicest thing a stranger/random person/someone you didn't know well ever did for you?

5. Rec me something. Any category: book, food, notebook, website, flower to smell, whatever. :)

4) As a little girl, I got my hand trapped in a newspaper dispensing machine. It was crushing agony, and I couldn't either close the machine enough to get it to take coins to open or pull my hand out. Strangers stopped to try to help. One ran into a nearby store to buy a Swiss army knife to use to pry at the machine, and another ran to buy ice for my hand after we got it out. I don't remember any of their faces now, but I remember their kindness.
