ooooh lotsa things...

First off, lisatheobscure, it's "Moving like the FOG on the Cumberland River..." not "Moving like the Borg" 'cause really, that was just a crazy pipe-dream.

Secondly, jstabe has declared it HUG YOUR BETA DAY. So kitty_poker1, consider yourself hugged, snogged, and generally twirled around the room. You are a jewel; an lj treasure, I say. When I become famous (and yes, I still believe that I will be the first atonal rockstar with no sense of rhythm and a penchant for bastardizing fixing already existing songs) I will carve a likeness of you into the mountainside and order it bedecked with offerings much like the Douse Tree (WHeeeeeeeeeeee epilogue).

Finally, I have been wanting That 70s Show slash like nobody's business. And guess what, people? It's just not out there. The show has generated virtually no fic at all, het or slash. Oh there's a handful. Like fifty fics, maybe, but we all know that's nothing. I searched lj; I googled the hell outta some Eric/Hyde; I contacted the author of the one fic I found that was worth a tinker's damn (and lo and behold, in a bit of serendipity, the author is also the author of the lovely bit of Spander you all may remember "How the Light Gets In" (oooh linkage to the site that houses both HERE)); and my suspicions were confirmed. The fic is just not out there. *wails and stomps foot petulantly* Why oh why oh why? shadowscast had me all *tingly* with his/her Eric/Hyde, which Lisa and I have amusingly smooshified to either ForHyde or Hydric, heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, and it should be written by lots of people. So, um, write me some. LOL
