Yeah, jerkily. I always get the impression he's trying to hold back because it's expected. But, you know, I most likely have a much more negative view of Sheppard than most of the SGA fandom. I am aware of my bias!

I've never noticed the level of eyebrow groomed-ness! Clearly I am going to have to pay more attention.
