emella and crazydiamondsue for the icon meme and here are my answers. Ever since this round of this meme started, I've been thinking about my icon aesthetics. I have very definite color palette preferences--black and white and red, with some blues now that I'm so gaga over SGA. I also tend to prefer textless icons and icons that are extreme closeups of characters' faces. I also really like the cropping thing that everybody's doing now where you get just an interesting slice of a character's face rather than a centered photo.
