What should I use this journal for?

I spent this past week tinkering with my lj layout, and I realized that for the past 6 years, my journal has always looked pretty much the same--some variation on shades of gray. LOL So I got inspired to tinker around with the layout for this one, and I choose somewhat of a departure. :)

I don't really use this journal. I haven't even posted 20 entries yet. I do use it to read those of you who are not posting to lj, but that's about it. I think of lj as my primary home, and I have no plans to leave, but I'd like to use this journal for something, maybe something different and separate from lj.

So, what do you guys think I should use this journal for? (I can't create a poll *sadface*)

Restaurant, recipe, and food discussion
Personal essays about growing up in the South in a fundamentalist Protestant family
Book reviews
Something I've posted about before that you think I should post about more often
Something else?

On my lj, I do not post very much about my RL, so I know that most of you have not friended me for those sorts of discussions.

IDK, just throwing around ideas.
