four things for Thursday

1. I got Christmas cards from goss and 020214isme!

2. I got a marvelous box of books from executrix that includes the latest from Gilbert and Gubar, a follow up to their classic The Madwoman in the Attic, and a glorious pulpy lesbian wrestler bit of erotica from the '60s. I can't wait to dive in.

3. We had Christmas with our friends, and I got sent to stationery heaven, y'all. I got notebooks: a beautiful journal with a phonenix and jewels and colored pages and all these decorative details; a Kokuyo notebook with Mio paper; a Tsubame Fools notebook. I got pens: an Ohto Rays flash dry gel pen in gray; Pilot precise v5s in the needlepoint; Pilot Dr. Grip; a dip pen with all different kinds of detachable nibs; the Kirarich glitter highlighters. I got ink: Monteverde Fire Opal; some green cartridges for my Pilot Preppy. I know there's something I'm forgetting. I've just been petting it all. LOL

4. Yuletide treat #2 posted! Now to work on treat #3 which is technically not for Yuletide as the recipient is not participating, but I think I'm going to wait to post it until Yuletide. Or possibly I will not be able to contain myself and post it immediately upon completion. LOL
