The seriousness of this fic is belied by its flippant title. I have long believed that Sam and Dean roll in and out of people's lives in a way that is incredibly unfair to them. How can they save someone from a demon and then not tell her how to protect herself in future? How can they leave and just assume that everything is alright? I wonder how many of the people they've saved truly make it even with the boogieman sliced and diced. And most importantly, what does it mean to survive demon possession?
