FYI, the group has made it to a place where they might be able to live and be (relatively) safe, but they don't trust these people yet. So Carol pretends to be a former Junior Leaguer. Says the group has taken her in out of pity and has to protect her. Lies about her shitastic abusive dead husband and says she was so happy to have his dinner on the table every day. AND THEN SHE PUTS ON A WHITE BUTTON DOWN AND A CARDIGAN OMG. It was kind of the best thing I have ever seen ever.
