Sick babies suck

Fiona clearly has a career as a hardened spy ahead of her. I took her to the doctor yesterday because she'd had a little fever for a day or two and she'd started coughing every now and again. I suspected the fever is just because she's been cutting her two year molars; she's been gnawing and gnawing on everything and stuffing her hands in her mouth. Otherwise, she's seemed perfectly fine--eating well, laughing, playing, sleeping good.
I took her, though, because every time she's gotten really sick has started this way. She seems completely fine, I take her to the doctor almost on a whim, and the doctor tells me she's a half step away from the ER. This time was no different.
She has an ear infection and is working on pneumonia again. We can't seem to go more than about four months without her having pneumonia.
The doctor commented that she must have a very high pain threshold. :(
I hope we caught this in time and have started medicating her early enough that she won't get to feeling really bad. My mom will come if we need her to which is awesome, but tomorrow is when we start going back to work regularly. I am so anxious and frustrated.
