Date: 2019-08-24 01:35 pm (UTC)I am not interested in pursuing any kind of diagnosis, but I am beginning to suspect I have some form of OCD or OCD-adjacent thing, and it's useful to me think about what's going on with me in those terms.
I've been practicing accepting. Every time I start going down the slippery slope of catastrophizing, I tell myself, "That is sure a thought you're having" a few times, and it seems to slide away.
