Yes! I find it funny. It's not *silly*, but I would definitely call it humorous. It's not humorous from start to finish; parts of each novella are suspenseful, but Murderbot makes lots of humorous observations about the world around it.

The novellas are so short, I'd say give the first one a try. If you don't like it, you won't have invested much time.
