Oh, that's already happened. They've been asking me for years when I'm going to transition into administration. LOL And to be honest, I really honestly truly enjoy adminstrative work. I know that makes me an utter weirdo. But with my chronic illness, I do not think I could physically work a 12-month contract 8-5 job; the only thing that saves me is my 10-month contract and the flexibility of my working hours. Also, I recoil from the idea of evaluating people; I think I would really struggle with that.

Fortunately there are very few things we have not had follow-through with on Senate, but I am making sure we do, and shoring up our process so that things don't fall through in future (building on what the previous chair did to fix process).
