Let's Talk about HP
Jul. 20th, 2011 09:05 pmI'm on my lonesome for a bit while Josh hangs with the dudes, and I am in a mood to talk about Harry Potter. I know some of you haven't seen the movie yet, so if you make a comment with spoilers for the movie just say so in your subject line.
Some talking points:
What do you think all the kids grow up to be? What are their jobs? Who does everybody marry? What's the next threat to the wizarding world after Voldie? Does SPEW ever go anywhere? What about rights for the centaurs and goblins and other magical creatures? What about the relationship between the Muggle and Wizarding World? Does it change over time? What about Hogwarts? How does the school change in the aftermath of the war?
I think JKR answers some of these questions in a compendium to the series or something, but that doesn't count to me. LOL It's gotta be in the books (or movies) to be canon for me.
So, tell me stuff! :)
