I was literally just reading this fic, and now I can't find it.
The fic is Snarry, and it's set after the war. After defeating Voldemort, Harry basically skips town, and in his absence, the Ministry cracks down on Slytherins--limits the magic they can do, monitors their wands. They're all essentially starving, Snape is running a potions shop and helping his former students when he can, and when Harry shows back up, he lays the smackdown on the Ministry.
What is this story, OMG?!
