reading and watching doing

2. I finished converting my class! I've done video in my classes before but always filmed by the instructional design team. I couldn't believe how easy it is. I did all video lectures (5 modules' worth with between 2-6 3 minute videos per module) just using the webcam on my laptop and an audio announcement. I changed clothes between each lecture so it doesn't look like I filmed them all back to back. Heeee. I actually had a lot of fun with it. I filmed a final goodbye and good luck video where I told them I know everything is scary but I'm really proud of their performance in the class and wish them the best, and even if only one of those things is still true in 6 weeks, it made me feel good to do it.
3. Emma and I read chapter 3 of The Great Gatsby. She does not like Nick. She told me he's "the equivalent of a cake with a shoe print on top." Her gripes: he acts like nothing is his fault and everything just happens to him, he didn't say anything when Tom hit that woman in the face and just acted like that was fine, and he is still writing love letters to the girl he wants to break up with while basically dating Jordan behind her back.
4. I am still enjoying Flawless. I am still liking the Thayers witch hazel toner in rose. I also bought another moisturizer a few weeks ago that I'm liking. I have really dry skin, so I need to moisturize every time I wash my face, but I don't want to use my expensive Lancome face cream with SPF if it's in the afternoon after the gym, and I won't leave the house again until the next day. So I got some Garnier Moisture Rescue Gel Cream; I like it fine, but it's not quite moisturizing enough for me. I think it would be great for normal/oily skin. I'll get the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel again next time.
5. ( spoilers for Punisher episode 3 )
Looking forward to the next one.
