I am in a mood. I want to read about girls. LOL Can anybody rec me any het or femslash BtVS/Ats fics? I'd prefer Spike to not be the love interest in any het fics; he's Xander's dammit (or possibly Angel's and sometimes Oz's and there was that one time with Giles....)

Yep, Kirk and Spock are the original fan fiction slash pairing. C'mon, you know the subtext is there. *g*

One thing that fanfiction does is smush the names of the people in the pairing together to represent that pairing (ie. Spike/Buffy become Spuffy, Spike/Xander become Spander, etc). I saw an icon the other day that had a picture of Kirk and Spock and it said "Why we have Slash: Kock" I 'bout died laughing.

1. The idea of you reading chickfic is entertaining on many levels. Need some amaretto with that? ;)

2. Kirk/Spock the original? I guess it's quite possible, but I have to wonder. Then again, it's entertaining to ponder what earlier fic would've been like.
