Psych is such a fun show! Shawn and Gus's friendship is one of my favorite things. The thing about Psych though, is that it can be very surreal, almost like a live-action cartoon (not a super-'whacky' cartoon, but still) in some ways, with a lot of meta humor and a crop of special episodes dedicated to parodying or giving a shout-out to a particular movie, show, or genre. Also, so many awesome '80s references. SO MANY. I love it.
