Date: 2018-01-28 07:38 pm (UTC)I love the way my dad fries okra. He doesn't make a batter, he just dusts it lightly in cornmeal and pan fries it in a small amount of oil. It's really good and mostly tastes like okra instead of the thick batter you get at restaurants.
