1. It's warm enough here that all the trees are starting to have sex, and it smells like a fricking bordello in the yard. Most trees having sex don't actually smell like having sex, but Bradford pears, man. *gag* Every time I think of Janie having her sexual awakening under that Bradford pear in Their Eyes Were Watching God, it's a full-body shudder.

2. Josh and Emma went to see Black Panther. The car started overheating, so while they got to see the movie, they did not get to have awesome Cuban food as planned, and I'm still waiting for the tow truck to get them back home. :(

3. I have really been struggling with motivation in the last two weeks, but today, I felt like myself again. I worked like I want to be working, I got a lot done, I exercised like I want to be exercising, and I played with Fiona like a boss. Whooo!

It's an indolic fragrance like jasmine, which to a lot of people (not everyone!) smell like bodily fluids (pee, poop, vaginal secretions, etc). Bradford pears just smell skanky.
