My parents are visiting this weekend, and they wanted to watch Stargate last night. I saw the movie years ago, but I have never seen a single ep of the TV show. I had noticed some Stargate slash here and there, but paid no attention.

Oh. My. God. I totally understand the attraction. I didn't even catch all the characters' names, but that guy with the bizarre forehead tattoo and the weird snake stick--is so freaking hot. I mean, he looks like he could put an apple in the crook of his elbow and smash it to little bits. Imagination running wild here. Really, really wild.

Oh, I can be a Jack/Daniel fan, too. *g* When did MacGuyver get so hot? Richard Dean Anderson has just gotten better with age, I think.

Now I need somebody to write me some SG/BtVS crossover fics. Yum....

I have read one crossover it was Angel/SG1 but it wasn't really my cup of tea. I haven't found a crossover that I like yet. If you can recommend any good ones feel free.

Actually, yes I can. I read this crossover fic before I had even seen an ep of Stargate, and it is *so* frickin' hilarious. Here's the link http://www.tthfanfic.com/authors.php?no=332. Biblio is great! I haven't read Karen's fic yet because I was waiting for it to be complete; I learned my lesson with the last story she posted 1&2/3 of (a SG-1/The Sentinel/BtVS crossover, actually, and very funny, but still not finished, lol!!), and I'm still waiting for part three!!

Stargate is wonderful! Karen is actually the one who sucked me into the fandom when I swore two (BtVS/Ats and Highlander) were enough. Heh. I now have six, and she's to blame for two of them, lol. Jack/Daniel is my otp in SG-1, and I've also delved into SGA where there's more yummy boys.

I have several SG-1 (and SGA) fic recs in my memories (all under Fic Recs) if you want to check them out. *encourages you, 'cause there can never be enough pretty*
