1. Gotham

Absolutely adore everything about Lee being Barbara's OBGYN. Love it.

I vastly prefer Jerome to Jeremiah as a villain, but Jermiah really brings it in this episode. His desire to be part of Bruce's life is weird, creepy, slashy as hell, and deeply disturbing (he wants to be what Bruce sees when he closes his eyes? Wow. Also, how sexualized was that final fight between them?). Well done, show. That actor has a really nice range. His Zorro movie cracks me up.

I can't believe they actually exploded the Manor!

Alfred and Bruce hug, FTW!

So happy that Selina threatens Penguin and goes to help Bruce.

And, of course, Jim and Lee hook up. *dies* I love it. I think the finale should just be one big orgy.

I love that Ed can just see that Barbara is pregnant.

This week's episode was pretty much filler to me. I thought pretty much the whole episode was lackluster and boring. It was worth it, though, for the tiny scene where Oswald and Ed declare their friendship.

I think I mostly don't get the deal with Jane and the mask; she takes it off for Harvey, and nothing is wrong with her face, but he acts like something is? IDK, I don't get it. Any ideas?

I like how they're using Barbara's baby bump to show the passage of time. LOL I'm starting to suspect they're going to stretch out the time until Barbara actually has the baby, and I think she might die having the baby or right after. :(

So, Josh and I finally watched another episode of Jessica Jones.

Wow, Trish is fucking up (also, kudos to makeup; I do not understand how they make her look so awful).

I continue to appreciate that Oscar is a good dude and that Jessica is doing what she can to help him; I love the scene where she tells the mom in no uncertain terms that she has no intention of moving in on the mom's territory with the kid.

I'm really worried about Malcolm; haven't seen him since he took the drug and freaked out.

I feel so bad for Jess re: her mom. I think she made the right choice; it's not her mom's fault, but she's uncontrollable. Sooner or later, she'd do something terrible, maybe even to Jess. :(

I am really hoping that Jeri is cured; she is such a splendid asshole. LOL

Jeremiah's obsession with Bruce made it super interesting, yeah.

I think the idea with Jane is that she believed she was a monster because she was delusional so she thought there was a physical problem. And then when Harvey sees her face he's like "oh, she's not bitter because something is wrong with her face, she actually has no sense of reality and so she's even more messed up than I thought"

This last ep was pretty useless yeah but I agree that the Oswald Ed friendship was such a well-done highlight lol

Okay, thank you. That makes sense. I just couldn't get what was going on there; I think the creepiness of the mask clouded my ability to understand the scene. LOL

This season has been so solid, and we're so close to the end that I'm a little pissed that this episode was such a waste.

Agreed! Gotham has been AMAZING and this was just meh. Also, really? At this point in the plot we're going to have a Bullock backstory episode? Like, now is the time, when Gotham is a dystopia about to reunite with the mainland?

It was almost too little too late. I love Bullock's character and would love to see them do more with him (especially because that actor can really bring it), but this is not the time.
