I'm not really sure how they should deal with CF's death -- I hope it's with restraint and respect that honors the actress and the great character she created from the script.

Don't think I've read any crossovers - will have to ponder that.

The only things I remember fondly from those abysmal prequels are Liam Neeson and Ewan McGregor. I've tried to block the rest out - Lucas may be a visionary but execution ... sigh.

I think I am an outlier in how I want them to deal with her death. I want it to be respectful, but I am not going to be satisfied with "and she died off screen." I really want them to CGI her into it, not excessively, just a little bit, so she can actually be in the movie and I can say goodbye to her.

They're using footage from TLJ that didn't make it into that movie. How extensively and for what purpose, I don't think anyone not working on the movie knows at this point.

I like that option, too.

I might be in the minority on this one, but I really don't want a time skip where she's just dead. I don't need to actually see her character die, but I need some kind of interaction with her still being alive in the movie before her character dies for it to feel like closure and emotionally impactful for me. I think. IDK
