This is my second favorite thing in the archive so far. I was so sad when I read the last book to think of Cimorene separated from Mendanbar and all her friends for 16 years (and to think of Mendanbar awake in the dark for all those years just waiting; *shudder*). This is the absolute best, most glorious kind of fix-it fic ever. So well written and true to the canon and such a fantastic way of dealing with the problem. I absolutely love it.
