Whew, writing this reminded me of my very complicated feelings regarding posting WIPs. I mean, on the one hand, posting serially is fun; getting positive feedback is very inspiring and helps the writing happen. On the other hand, realizing I've made a timeline error in the first chapter that I need to go back and edit is annoying (flashbacks to SPN and fics that had them driving across country in like a day). LOL

Thank you so much to isabellerecs for making me a Pinkie Pie icon and being the impetus for writing this fic!

A. I finished my epic Clint/Coulson mpreg schmangst-fest last night: So Not Ever Gonna Happen in Canon. 19,982 words. I'm tempted to go revise 18 words in there somewhere to make it an even 20,000. LOL I really enjoyed writing this story, and the enthusiastic response of the fandom made the writing even much more fun.

B. I was surprised that no mention was made of the Pope stepping down during the homily at Mass today. I wonder if that was a personal choice made by the priest or a recommendation by the Church.

C. Anybody have any recommendations for a good book on breastfeeding?

D. We saw the latest Die Hard movie yesterday. I don't think it was as good as the first (which is the best IMHO) or the fourth (which is my favorite), but I liked it as well or better than the remaining films. It had some genuinely funny moments, and Bruce Willis was in fantastic form. I wish there had been a canonical shout-out to Matt Farrell in the movie, but I guess that's what fandom is for. LOL I have a fic idea; now I have to make time to write it. :)

Summary: Jane’s hair is in a messy ponytail, and ink is smudged along her left cheekbone. She sucks her bottom lip in for just a second when she punches the tack through the flyer to the corkboard below. Before Darcy can even be tempted by the prospect of storm chasing, she thinks, “Oh, yeah. I could stand to follow her around for awhile.”
